Timeline
- November 2025: We start. CB Pools has no Google profile, no website, and no reviews.
- About 5 months in: The first leads from Google come in.
- October 2026 (about 11 months in): 75 five-star reviews and #2 on Google Maps. We checked on Oct 24, 2026, and it was #2.
The Results
- 75 reviews. Every one is five stars.
- #2 on Google Maps for "pool cleaning san diego" when you search from Poway.
- 5 to 10 new leads a month from Google. People fill out a form or call.
- About half of them become customers.
- No customer has ever left. That is 100% of customers kept.
- Each customer pays about $180 to $200 a month. Over 2 years, that is about $4,300 to $4,800 per customer.
- $34,560 more a year from Google.
- CB Pools is so busy it is not taking new clients right now.
A note to be fair: We also ran a very small Google ad. But the leads did not come from the ad. They came for free, from the Google profile and the website.
What We Did
- Built the Google profile. We set it up so people nearby could find CB Pools.
- Built the website. Now it shows up when people search on Google.
- Got reviews coming in. Happy customers left reviews, and that helped CB Pools climb on Google Maps.
